I believe the role of a municipal councillor is to listen first, lead with integrity, and make decisions that reflect the best interests of the people they represent.
Haldimand County is built on hardworking families, thriving farms, local businesses, dedicated volunteers, and neighbours who care deeply about their communities. As Ward 2 continues to grow, we must protect the rural character and quality of life that make our communities such special places to live.
Residents deserve a municipal government that is accessible, transparent, accountable, guided by common sense, and focused on delivering results. They deserve to have their questions answered, their concerns heard, and the confidence that their voices matter.
Ward 2's future depends on responsible leadership. Roads, bridges, drainage, infrastructure, public services, and community amenities require thoughtful planning, sound financial management, and responsible investment. Growth must be carefully planned, supported by infrastructure, and guided by meaningful public consultation.
